Tech + Tasting Notes
Coutet is planted with Sémillon 75%, Sauvignon Blanc 23% and Muscadelle 2%. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, before 18 months oak ageing. Ginger and pineapple are very typical aromas in a young Chateau Coutet. After some time aromas of spices combine with exotic nectars, ginger and candied fruits appear. Age also enhances its botrytis character. A great bottle of wine for a memorable dinner.
