| Domaine de la Rochette is a family Domain of 45 ha in AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Chenonceaux. The Domaine is located in the pretty wine village of Pouillé, in the Cher Valley between the Château de Chenonceau and the Zoopark de Beauval.
Vignerons from father to son for four generations, Vincent Leclair took over the family Domain in 2014, to his father François. Its aim: to give pleasure by producing quality wines and expressing their terroir.

| Bright and laser-like with ripe fruit and a beautiful medium-gold color with light green reflections, this Langhe Nascetta 2019 shows complexity and crispness. Lime, grapefruit and a hint of flint on the nose are perfectly connected with the abundance of plump and fresh juiciness in the mouth. A long finish and good minerality are due to a beautiful acidity and a partial wood fermentation.

| Fattoria San Lorenzo is a family operation dedicated to the production of organic and biodynamic wines in the farm that Natalino Crognaletti inherited from his father Gino, whom in his turn had inherited it from his father Enrico. Natalino is also in charge of the soil management and of the wine-making operations. San Lorenzo was recently awarded the Chiocciola, the 2011 Slow Wine Guide's highest accolade.

| The perfect balance between a fleshy and angular, high-toned wine. Ripe red berry fruits on the palate with mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate lead to a tart finish with a quenching crunch. Serve chilled.

| This blend of five different grape varieties, a singular wine blended in majority with Merlot Blanc. It comes from a plot located in Saint-Christophe des Bardes, on a limestone soil, in the heart of the Saint-Emilion appellation. Grown from 75 year old vines. This vineyard owns the only existing white Merlot vines of the appellation. This blend is vinified and matured in slightly toasted new oak barrels. This wine is distinguished by its singularity, but above all by the floral notes that emerge on the first nose, beautiful bitterness, and a salinity.

| The fruit for our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from two of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles – Huerhuero and Creston Valley. Huerhuero Vineyard, in the hilly terrain between the El Pomar and Geneseo Districts, benefits from the moderating Pacific breezes that blow through the Templeton Gap in the afternoon as well as its limiting calcareous subsoils. $30
