“Beautiful, perfumed aromas of red cherry, strawberry, and raspberry with violet overtones. Medium-bodied with a luscious, pure, and juicy texture with ripe, soft tannins that envelop the further summer berry and floral core with a sprinkling of black pepper spice.” Drink 2023-2025. (JG/AR. Anne-Francoise Gros (Vosne-Romanee) is married to Francois Parent (Pommard) and live in the latter commune, though their wines have been made in their impressive premises in Beaune since the late 1990`s. The domaine is made up of Anne-Francoise’s portion of Domaine Jean Gros, yet other wines from in and around Vosne-Romanée are made from vineyards which she has bought or leased, as well as her husband’s part of Domaine Parent. Francois also creates wines under his own label, recognizable by the distinct image of a black truffle.
