65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 5% Mourvèdre, from the Serres lieu-dit. 100% whole-cluster fermentation. Aged 18 months; the Grenache is aged in cement and the Cinsault and Syrah in 600L used barrels. The Grenache and Cinsault vines average 60 years-old. Auguste Favier was the father of Ferrando's mother.
