The 2017 Bourgogne Aligoté is a combination of three parcels. The pressed flower and honeysuckle bouquet displays fine vigor. The palate is taut and fresh with orange peel and marmalade notes and good weight. Delineated and slightly oily-textured on the finish. Very fine.
