The current CEO, Rudi Bindella, decided in 1982 to align the company's activities from now on consistently to Italy. Back to basics, and thinking ahead to a future in which Bindella an emblem of Italian way of life in Switzerland should be: "La vita è bella." One of his first and most important acts was determined by pure passion: the acquisition of a vineyard in the town Montepulciano. "The tillage is the noblest occupation" that was for Rudi Bindella one of the very central motives for starting their own viticulture. And so he built with much love and patience, always actively supported by a motivated team of Italians and Italians on the spot, the completely dilapidated property for today's 30-ha-good.
