Don't let the entry level title fool you, this is biodynamic Chardonnay from a few de-classified plots in Mersault averaging 30 years old, wild fermented and aged in a mix of steel and old barrel for 8 months before bottling lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Drinking beautifully with round, ripe yellow fruit and chiseled minerality and a mouthwatering finish. Reference point Chardonnay.
