The clay-siliceous plateaux are facing south in the town of Beaumont-en-Veron northwest of Chinon. The Poplars are raised partially or wholly according to the vintage in 70hl lightnings during 6 to 12 months, period necessary to obtain a fine and delicate structure. At least two years of aging will reveal intense and evolved aromas of ripe fruit on a fresh and lively finish. This vintage reaches a storage capacity of at least ten years or more depending on the vintage and storage conditions to be served between 15 and 17 ° C.
