This palate-coating white from Domaine Tempier is loaded with flavors of fleshy white peach, honeysuckle, crushed white flowers, pear skin, and gravel. Fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed, crushed, and aged in oak for 8-10 months. Blend: 60% Clairette, 30% Ugni Blanc, and smatterings of Rolle (Vermentino, Bourboulenc, and Marsanne).
