A brilliant wine, between pale gold and gold. Nose The nose reveals its minerality linked to the terroir. Subtle and subtle, it lets out notes of iodine, white flowers and white flesh fruits on a background of fresh bread. Mouth The palate is delicate and complex. Balanced between lemony vivacity and the delicacy of a fruit such as pear, it leaves an almost spicy vanilla impression on the palate. Fresh and subtle, it will take on more roundness and more compote aromas with a few years or deserves a decanter service to develop its most complex facets.
