Cuvée Totum Millésime 2018 by Émilien Feneuil is an Blanc de Blancs of the 2 varieties grown on the property plots: Chardonnay and Petit Meslier. Several elements come into play in this Cuvée, the fruit of the extraordinary work done in the vineyard and the careful selection of the harvest from all the plots, located in premier cru terroir in Sermiers.
Harvest 2018 and fermentation in wooden barrels with indigenous yeasts for this rare, mineral and ample Champagne Extra Brut.
