The 2018 Chablis Vieilles Vignes has a clean, fresh floral bouquet, touches of dandelion and white flowers filtering through the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with fine salinity on the entry, and edgier and more nervous than the Vaudécorse, culminating in a a slightly peppery finish. Excellent.
