The aim in the vineyards to achieve a balance that will ensure a balanced glass of wine in your hand. These vineyards have a variety of soil: granite, ferecrete, gravel. A mild harvest, with a few early heat waves in December and start of January that did not affect the grapes ripening in February too much.
