Alto Horizonte “Altos de la Cruz” Garnacha 2020 is a high-altitude, old-vine Garnacha from Navatalgordo in the Sierra de Gredos, grown at over 1,000 meters on decomposed granite and sandy soils that give the wine its lifted aromatics and mineral edge. Made from 1930s bush vines, it’s fermented with native yeasts, partly whole cluster, and aged 14 months in a mix of French oak and clay tinaja, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a bright, elegant expression of Garnacha—vibrant red cherry and wild strawberry layered with floral notes, herbs, subtle spice, and granite-driven freshness, finishing long, refined, and silky.
