This Crémant de Bourgogne comes from the northern border of Burgundy. In the town of Irancy, actually located in the Chablis area, Pinot Noir is particularly good due to the geological conditions. Thierry and Corine Richoux have long practiced organic viticulture, avoiding the use of pesticides and irrigation.
This sparkling wine is characterized by a spice typical of Blanc de Noirs as well as beautiful citrus aromas and a fine perlage.
