Uco Deus is a boutique winery focusing on amphora aged, low intervention wines in the high elevation subregion of Paraje Altamira in Argentina. Founded in 1970 at 1300 meters, Uco Deus produces wines that tend to be more elegant and light on their feet compared to the traditional wines of Mendoza.
