Frédéric Lafarge's Passetoutgrains comes from a co-planted 89-year-old parcel of equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir, close to Meursault on gravel soils. It's elegant, sappy and refined, with caressing tannins and fresh, tangy cherry and raspberry fruit.
