Domaine Monthelie-Douhairet Porcheret Volnay "Les Serpens". From a small family estate with over 300 years of history in Burgundy, this is a fine and lacy Pinot Noir. The wine is made from organic grapes that are harvested and vilified by hand. This is a stellar Volnay that will age beautifully.
This is a 0.14-hectare, 60-year-old vineyard of Pinot Fin at the bottom of the slope on the Beaune side. This wine is made from purchased fruit, but Cataldina manages all viticulture. It borders the Premier Cru Les Mitans
