Viejo Indecente Ensamble is a blend of maguey Madrecuishe and maguey Espadin. This mezcal has a very soft texture and taste. It’s herbal and green on the nose with a refined taste of green grass and smoke. Both varieties of agave in this Ensamble are cooked together before being fermented montezuma wood tanks.
