100% Pinot Gris from two vineyards - Vista Verde in San Benito County, a high elevation vineyard consisting of gravelly loam and limestone soils, and Glen Oaks in Sonoma County, a historic site with deep rocky alluvial soils. Grapes are foot crushed with a two day cold soak. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and puncheons and matured in neutral barrique.
