compassing just over 10 hectares of vines, the domaine’s oldest vines date to that original 1900 planting, with the average age being around 60 years. Grenache makes up 85% of the vineyard, with the balance being Syrah and Mourvèdre, along with a very small parcel of Cinsault which is use for the domaine’s rosé. Yields are low at 28-32 hectoliters per hectare.
