Bodegas Zarate Rais Baixas Albariño 2023

Zarate is legendary in the Salnes sub-zone of Rias Baixas. They were the first to bottle single vineyard Albariños, highlighting different terroirs within the region. Their wines are always amongst the most linear, acid forward, and structured of Albariños, and their basic appellation bottling is the perfect place to start.
