In Lebanon, on the edge of the tectonic rift crossing the Bekaa, Château Kefraya's Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vines are harvested by hand at 1100m above the Mediterranean. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months and then in amphora, this wine reflects the character of the property's micro-terroirs and calls to mind their Phoenician traditions.
