Purple in color with soft tannins and a tart, savory, floral character all its own. Pair with chicken, game, veal, pork, lamb and heavier fish especially tuna and salmon and shellfish with slightly acidic sauces.

Noticeable tannin structure, smooth richness, elegant yet robust character, and a youthful freshness define the palate, culminating in a long, juicy finish.
