60% of the grapes assigned to the production of this wine come from the vineyards within the area of Rocche di Castiglione Falletto from Cascina Pira, the remaining from Barbaresco area.
After a soft pressing the must is separated from the skins and is then fermented in wood casks. Aged in large, neutral french oak for 21-22 months.
