This delicious sparklers come from fruit in the Côtes de Nuits and Côtes De Beaune in Burgundy (a welcome contrast to most Crémant de Bourgognes that are made from fruit in the Mâconnais, Beaujolais, and Côte Chalonnaise). It is rare to find Crémants of such pedigree and quality at a value price and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have you try them.

• 100% Cote d’Or fruit (Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Nuits)
• 75% Pinot Noir, 10% Gamay, 10% Aligoté, 5% Chardonnay
• 40 year old vines on average
• Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks
• Aged 20 months on the lees
