Quite deep and complex on the nose, with aromas of fennel, almonds, earth, and minerals. Firm and ripe on the palate, with clear vegetal notes alongside candied fennel, and toasted nuts. Lots of body, moderate acidity, and an ethereal spice-tinged finish.
Very slightly cloudy, light gold. Quite deep and complex, yeasty, somewhat nutty, floral and yellow-spicy aroma of mellow yellow fruits with fennel aromas, almonds and earthy-mineral tones. Firmly woven, ripe, tart, melting and warm fruit, clearly vegetal aromas, candied fennel, some butter and a little yellow spice, anise on the palate, moderate acidity, nutty tones, lots of power and warmth, becomes tighter and juicier with air, some depth, chalky hints, very good, warm, juicy and ethereal-spicy finish.
