The estate began to flourish in the 1950s under André Moingeon, who transitioned the family from selling harvested grapes entirely to producing and bottling their own wines.
Today, the winery carefully integrates modern technology with Burgundian traditions. They practice sustainable farming with low yields, hand-harvesting, and oak barrel maturation ranging from 12 months for whites to 18 months for reds.
The Domaine André Moingeon et Fils has been a family wine estate for 4 generations. 9,5 Ha are exploited on the communes of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.
