100% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil sur Oger. The wines are vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and malolactic fermentation is done. Aged for a minimum of 3 years. The dosage is 9.2 g/L. The proportion of reserve wine in the final cuvee is generally 10-20%.
The robe is a pale straw yellow. On the nose, the wine has a delicate bouquet of white flowers. A wine characterized by freshness with fine acidity -demonstrating complexity and finesse.
