Don Vicente Reposado is remarkably smooth. The same body of Don Vicente Blanco rested in used American White Oak Bourbon barrels for less than a year.
The aging adds a complexity of aromas and flavors. The cooked Blue Weber Agave, minerality, and earthiness are all still very present due to the used barrel not overpowering them; with hints of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch.
A rich and buttery mouthfeel.
