This Bourgogne rouge comes from 2 plots within Pommard and 1 from Vosne. It’s made 100% whole cluster and is aged in cement and neutral oak. Upon tasting, the wine is ripe and ready! A very food friendly, light red that will shine any night of the week.
2022 Domaine Fanny Sabre Bourgogne Rouge has a bouquet and palate lifted with spicy cherry and bright red fruit, subtle notes of tobacco or incense cedar, fine-grained tannins, and a mineral spine drawn from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune. On the palate is a fruit-forward profile: ripe raspberries and strawberries mingle with a whisper of forest floor and sweet spice, all lifted by a refreshing acidity and soft tannic grip.
