The Les Pallières rosé is not in-your-face aromatically, without the flash of the Bandols, but it has perfect balance, finesse, and vivacity. The crisp finish ain’t bad either, if you like ’em good and dry. The wine is a blend of Grenache, Clairette and Cinsault.
