Seductive, lush and ample, with slightly lower acidity than other Meursault Premiers Crus, this wine offers ripe peach and apricot aromas and flavors in a fat, velvety texture. It will develop in the bottle for 8 to 15 years.
This is an outstanding 1er Cru, sitting on the southerly side of the village next to the border of Puligny Montrachet and its 1er Cru Referts. A very true Meursault style full of warm exotic fruits, with a touch of melon, passionfruit, and clotted cream. Its warmth and richness are kept nicely in tow by a zip of freshness, leaving a long impression of vibrant minerality at the end.
