Pierre Paillard Champagne 'Les Parcelles Bouzy XXII' Grand Cru Extra Brut NV

It unfurls from the glass with aromas of tangerine zest, grapefruit and nectarine, mingling with brioche and spices.

On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied and concentrated, with a rich core of fruit underpinned by vibrant acidity, concluding with a chalky finish. This is a fine introduction to the estate, based on a terrific vintage. As always, it derives from some 25 plots in Bouzy.
