Château Maris is the vision of Englishman Robert Eden, who emigrated to France over 20 years ago to pursue his dream of crafting wines that reflect, rather than mask the land on which the grapes are grown. Robert's approach to winemaking is based on the fundamental premise that wine is "grown", not "made".
To craft wines that reveal the true character of the land, Château Maris strictly adheres to biodynamics, which is in effect a supercharged system of organic farming. Similar to organic farming, biodynamics adopts a holistic approach that views the entire vineyard as a living system that is impacted by its surroundings. Biodynamics seeks to encourage vitality in the vineyard by introducing live matter into the soil through intensive composting. In addition, biodynamics places a strong emphasis on harnessing naturally occurring cycles.
The entire estate is certified Organic as well as certified Biodynamic, using homeopathic preparations instead of chemicals on its land. The cellar itself is the only building in existence constructed entirely with hemp blocks and contains no paint, no plastic, no chemicals. Thanks to the geothermal properties of hemp, the cellar has no heating nor cooling system, making the project not only energy self-sufficient but making the project one of the few carbon-negative constructions in the world.

Very mineral, beautiful notes of peach and a fleshy mid palate. Irresistible and a great aperitif wine. |

Fresh, focused tropical fruits, honeysuckle, lemon rind, and buttered almonds on the nose. Medium - bodied, racy, and pure on the palate, with a lovely, elegant texture that’s lifted by the wines acidity. Organic, biodynamic and carbon negative. |

Unconventional and lighthearted, Cherries & Rainbows hails from Minervois, France. It’s made with zero added sulfur (sans soufre in French) in an eco-friendly winery. Cherries & Rainbows is ideal for the modern wine drinker in search of sustainably farmed, small lot options. It's a bottle that celebrates the natural wine movement, bringing this fresh, bright, and chillable red to adventurous drinkers. Emphasizing investment in high-quality raw materials and employing minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar, Cherries & Rainbows embodies Winc’s winemaking philosophy. The grapes are farmed organically and biodynamically, grown at sea level overlooking a bay on the Mediterranean Ocean. The ripeness and inherent nature of each grape comes through in the final product, with the Grenache showing dark, round fruit, the Syrah contributing spice and earth, and the Mourvèdre bringing structure and an herbal quality. If you’re interested in jumping in on the burgeoning natural wine movement, Cherries & Rainbows is the perfect place to start. |

Naive, and proud of it. Naïve… but with strong convictions and unique environmental ethos. Our Grenache is fermented in concrete eggs in our hemp
cellar. Since the estate only uses Biodynamic fruit since 2001, there is no need to add anything. Every single bottle of Naïve is shipped to the United States from France exclusively by sailboat.
The label is a Naïve Primitivism Artwork by Henri Rousseau. Naive is a fresh and delicate Zero added sulfites, USDA Organic and certified Demeter wine. Naïve just received a Gold medal by the Global Organic Wine Masters competition awarded by a jury of MWs.
