Cameron's Supernatural starts with Abbey Ridge Pinot Gris, which is farmed naturally without irrigation or noxious chemicals, throw the fruit into clay amphorae and allow it to do its thing naturally with wild ambient yeast. After fermentation is complete, we tighten down the amphorae lids and let it macerate for 6-7 weeks, then age the wine in neutral natural barrique for 18 months before bottling.
And voila, we have Cameron Supernatural, a light red wine asking to be chilled and consumed au natural in the warm summer months!
