100% Chardonnay from the lieu-dits of Le Mont Ferre in the village of Trois Puits. A blend of the 2016 and 2017 vintages, these grapes are spontaneously fermented, manually harvest, with no herbicides and no filtration.
It ages 24 months on the lees before disgorgement and a light 3.5 g/l of dosage is added.
A powerful Chardonnay, with the body more akin to Pinot Noir while still having a laser focus and intense chalky minerality.
