A pleasant and fruity chardonnay with sliced apples, lemons, spices and chalk. Mineral, medium-bodied and relatively mellow on the palate. It’s subtle and poised with a savory finish. From organically grown grapes.

Harvest & Vinification:
Gentle pressing of whole clusters and slow fermentation. Aged for eight months in inox on the fine lees. Minimal sulfur at bottling.
