Paiagallo is an important Additional Geographical Mention (MGA) in the municipality of Barolo, distinguished by its gentle, rounded contours. Here, in marly sandy soils, our vineyard develops with southeast - easterly exposure.
Light ruby red and faint garnet notes. Extremely fruity and delicately harmonious. Hints of strawberry and raspberry. Absolutely fine and elegant. It has good persistence, but with a finale characterized by remarkably soft tannins.
The pedoclimatic characteristics in this area lay the foundations for wines of outstanding structure and aromatic intensity, along with marked elegance.
