The Bourgogne Côte d'Or is drawn from five different plots (four in Meursault and one in Chassagne) amounting to 1 hectare. In Meursault, they are "Les Lameroses", "Les Pacriots", "Les Belles Côtes", "Les Herbeaux" and "Au Jardin." In Chassagn-Montrachet, it is "Les Grandes Corvées."
Clay-limestone. Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any bâtonnage, no racking, cold and very slow fermentations (late-occurring malolactic conversion)
18 months in barrels of previous wines, fined and filtered only when necessary.
