A pale golden color with very fine bubbles. The bouquet is aromatic and fresh, offering lychee, mango and white peach aromas. The blending of the Muscat and Clairette brings an exceptional balance between sugar and freshness. The palate reveals muscat and exotic fruits aromas. For aperitifs, desserts or on its own.
Made according the Methode Dioise Ancestrale. After pressing, the must ferments at low temperature, then this half-fermented must is bottled. The fermentation goes on from the sugar of the grapes, thus giving a natural sweet and sparkling wine. Clairette de Die is an appellation for sparkling white wines from the area around the town of Die, in the low alpine foothills of the eastern Rhone Valley in France.
