From Pinon's botrytis-affected vines grown from the Déronnières, Fosses Rouges, Terné and Mortier sites. Averaging 45 years of age, the vines are set on flint-clay terroir set over limestone. Hand-harvested over three separate tries and sorted further at the winery. The resulting yields came to just 8hl/h. Fermented on native yeast over the course of several months. Aged in neutral barrels for 6 months on the lees then lightly filtered. Residual sugar, 100+ g/L.
