100% de-stemmed, Fermented in amphora for 4 to 7 weeks. Vinified in stainless tanks and neutral barrel for 7 to 9 months. Not filtered nor fined, no sulfur used in vinification nor bottling. Vine Age: 14 years average.
Rich and intense nose, with notes of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is voluminous, a lot of finesse and freshness, a right and balanced juice.
