This is a very Provençal rosé, very Ott in style yet with its own unique perfection, its own distinctiveness. It is the wine of a winemaker, a wine that explores an unexpected and exciting side of Provence.
The meticulous selection of the most characteristic wines from each of our three estates, coupled with a bespoke ageing process involving the use of both stainless steel vats and spherical ceramic tanks, has enabled us to craft this great rosé once again.
