Made from a potato base and infused with a lengthy list of fruits and vegetables (apples, pear, pineapple and watermelon, among others), this gin has a bright, slightly sweet and cucumber-y aroma. On the palate, juniper leads, finishing crisp, light and slightly citrusy, if slightly hot. It’s surprising that it’s not fruitier considering the botanicals list, but that neutrality makes for a fine martini gin.
