The 0.43 hectare parcel in the lieu dit “Les Boudes Basses” was planted in 1986. The vineyard grows in shallow brown soil with a calcareous and clay based sub-soil.
Now on their fourth generation, Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Organic and biodynamic conversion has been in progress since 2008, producing the most terroir-driven wines as possible.
