This wine expresses the distinct personality of Goriška Brda’s terroir; golden flowers, a blend of autumn and summer orchard fruits, and a refreshing mineral core. Borut Blažič was inspired by greats from just across the border, such as Gravner and Radikon. This is his “fresh wine” style; sans skins.
This delightful white from the Goriska Brda region of Slovenia is composed of 50% Rebula, 25% Malvazija and 25% Sauvignon. The certified organic grapes (also farmed with some biodynamic techniques) were macerated for five days then fermented and raised in stainless. The result is an aromatic and very flavorful crisp dry white.
