- Botanicals are macerated in the spirit for 4 days before a third and final distillation

- Clear-eyed and bright, offering aromas far beyond the preponderance of citrus in the mix; cardamom leaps forward distinctly while the combination of black pepper and nectar implies agave distinctly. Plump texture in the beginning gives way to a clean finish with a hint of spice and a delicately bitter backbone.
