While Jean-Marc's wines tend to get most of the spotlight, he has also developed a talent for distillation. The Roulots have been making spirits since 1866 and Jean-Marc's father had a particular love for the process of making fruit eau de vie.
Produced from organic lemons from Sicily. It sits somewhere in the middle between brandy and a liquor. A refreshing balance highlights the delicate bitterness from the zests with an energetic and persistent finish imparted by the fruit's pulp. It can be enjoyed cold or on ice.
